EPISODE 51: The Sausage King

In this week’s episode, Paul and Kate head to 1897 Chicago where a sausage kingpin has engaged in some risky business and his wife has gone missing. Biology and science play huge roles in a trial that features the first testimony of a forensic anthropologist.
